Music for Wellbeing
a guided listening workshop
Scottish Ensemble is a pioneering group of musicians who perform classical music and modern compositions for strings across Scotland and beyond. We believe that music is a powerful tool for improving wellbeing. We introduce people to new ways of experiencing live music through our Music for Wellbeing sessions across Scotland.
Join Scottish Ensemble as we guide you through an hour of music for string quartet. Our musicians will introduce you to new ways of listening to live music, and explore together how music can have an impact on your mind and body. The performance will include relaxing and reflective music, and there will be plenty of time for discussion and questions.
